BUDAPEST FILM AWARDS
Feedback from Bernadett Buzogány
The screening had a great atmosphere. All of the movies were really interesting to me. All of them were thought-provoking and educative in their own way. I liked that none of them was an everyday movie, they had something to say and this was presented in a really good way.
My favourite was the one about the Jewish guy, it grabbed my attention because it addressed the topic from a totally different aspect compared to other movies or stories dealing with the same question that I have seen so far. It was humourous but awareness-raising at the same time and because of this, it can make a bigger impact on the viewers in contrast with an average, sad approaches. https://www.timesofisrael.com/short-film-masel-tov-cocktail-explodes-stereotypes-about-young-jews-in-germany/
